Amanda is a person with many talents in art, stage craft, acting, choreography and dance. The joy of sharing this knowledge has led her to teaching beginning art classes to those who want to explore and learn, all while having fun. Over 20 years of prop making has allowed her to develop skills in visualizing the world in unique ways. An award winning costumer with over 35 years of experience has shaped her love of fabrics. Even with all of these honors and experiences, Amanda is always looking for more creative avenues, such as her latest endeavor of becoming a playwright.
Since Amanda has such a wide range of expertise, she created her business Rainbow Lizard Design to keep all of them under one area. Milo, the Rainbow Lizard, is a muse in the shape of a small stuffed animal that was her traveling companion in her early 20s. Someday the book, Adventures of Milo, the Rainbow Lizard, will be come a reality which will explain all about Milo- the traveling rainbow lizard.
